Impurities removed safely
February 1st 2004

Air Cleaning Systems has introduced a new component cleaning bench that is designed to remove impurities from machined parts safely and easily.

The component to be cleaned is placed onto the worktop or held above it using the air gun to blow off the impurities (swarf, particles, oil and so on). These are immediately entrained by the vacuum system and deposited in the collection box below. The exhaust air escapes at the rear after passing through a filter.

The blow-down bench is equipped with a

perforated work-top, and an air gun for the operator. There is a suction system, complete with debris collection box, and filter. Wheels allow ease of movement.

The blow down bench is ready for operation when connected to a standard air supply (80psi).
