Personal sampling
April 1st 2005

Reports of exposure to asbestos, dust and harmful vapours appear in the news and in the national press regularly and, according to Shawcity, claims for damages resulting from exposure to asbestos or harmful vapours are at an all-time high.

The company’s low cost personal air sampling pump offers a solution. One pump meets all personal sampling applications.

Benefits claimed for the ProValue 3 include excellent flow adjust and control, such that the pump will run at up to 3L/min for a minimum of 8h. To meet the need for respirable/total dust sampling, the flow can be adjusted easily to any flow rate down to 1L/min.

With a constant low-flow adaptor, the flow can be as little as 1mL/min. The adaptor sits flush on the top of the pump so that ProValue 3 retains its compact, lightweight features.

An optional run timer ensures accurate assessment of total volume sampled, and there’s a flow fault and battery charge indicator Safety Expo stand no P30
