Nederman UKs new range of FilterCart units are designed to be more application specific and come with customised ancillaries and filtration media.

Systems comprise a compact mobile extraction unit that is capable of processing air to 1000m3/h. All models are equipped as standard with a 2 or 3m self-supporting extraction arm and can be specified for 240 or 110v operation. The new design allows quicker, easier filter cartridge replacement.

FilterCart Standard is the entry level model and provides extraction for light welding applications in small workshops.

FilterCart Original offers a complete mobile fume extraction/filtration facility and boasts a 35m2 particle filter. There is the option of adding a hepa Class H13 fume filter and spark protection grille.

FilterCart Carbon offers 500m3/h air handling through a 20kg activated carbon filter cartridge.

FilterCart W3 complies with the top W3 filtration class as defined by the latest European standard for welding filters, EN 15012-1.
