Collects wet dust
June 1st 2006

Lincat, manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, has installed two Nonflam W120 dust extraction units from Carter- Thorne at its Lincoln site.

The units handle dust created in grinding, polishing and graining operations on stainless steel components for products across the Lincat range.

The Nonflam is a simple, robust unit for use with flammable/explosive or wet and sticky dusts in a wide variety of industries and operational environments.

Carter-Thorne can supply ducting and an installation service, with advice on the latest CoSHH requirements.

All Nonflams feature a large access door for inspection and servicing, allowing plenty of room for internal maintenance and good access to the spray inducer.

The spray inducer design allows access to both sides of the baffle. This simplifies inspection and any cleaning that may be required, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
