FILTER BENCH FOR SEDENTARY WORKING
April 1st 2005

A new filter bench from acs has been designed for sedentary working. The down-draught bench has a frontal recess to provide adequate leg room for the seated operator and a deflector diffuses exhaust air, preventing exposure to draught.

In two sizes, the bench provides a working width of 700 and 1320mm and its worktop can be supplied with slots or perforations.

It includes spark arrestor/pre-filter and main dust filter cartridge.

A fan with 4000m3/h capacity generates high pick-up velocity of 1.5 to 2m/sec.

The three-sided surround prevents dust escaping into the factory and ensures good collection.
