Greater capacity for new dust unit
April 1st 2006

A new Nonflam wet dust collection unit has been introduced by Carter-Thorne.

The W320 has increased capacity and incorporates all the features of other Nonflam models.

These include a large access door for inspection and servicing, allowing plenty of room for internal maintenance and good access to the spray inducer. The special spray inducer design allows access to both sides of the baffle.

This simplifies inspection and any cleaning that may be required, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Fitted with a backward-curving, non over-loading fan mounted on anti-vibration mountings, the W320 will be capable of capacities of 12 000 to 16 500m3/h, subject to system pressures. The unit is supplied with 22kW motor and simple water level control.

Nonflam units are self-induced wet dust collectors that can be used for flammable/explosive or wet and sticky dusts.
