Captures coolant mist December 1st 2005 Available from Filtration Service Engineering, the OMF1000 is a high efficiency media air cleaner for high speed, high accuracy machining applications where high pressure coolants/oil are used.
The free-standing unit has a 2-stage filtration system designed for continuous operation. Stage one is a high efficiency cartridge that captures the mist particulate, releasing collected coolant/oil and allowing it to drain from the sump of the unit back into the machine tool for re-use.
Stage two comprises a HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99.9%. Clean air is returned to the machine shop. Both sections are monitored by pressure gauges. |
