Providing clean air
February 1st 2006

Available from Wessex Power Technology, Genano air cleaning systems use multifunction ion (MFI) technology that is said to relieve the symptoms of those suffering from respiratory problems in their work environments.

Particles, microbes, aerosols and gases in the range 0.001 to 10 microns are removed with an efficiency of up to 99.95%. MFI uses negative charged ions in a contained system to remove ultra-fine pollution from the air stream.

The technology is said to eliminate the need for regular filter changes which reduces the cost of using an air cleaner.

Particles captured are removed using an automatic washing function that makes the unit low Valve switches air supply to CABA should external supply fail maintenance and easy to use.

Genano has incorporated the technology into three key products. Of these, the Genano 1000 series is HVAC compatible and provides clean air to entire buildings and industrial air cleaning.

Air volumes can range from 150 to 28 800m3/h.
