Continuous data
October 1st 2009

New from Ion Science is the GasClam, said to be the first gas monitor to give continuous, unmanned ground-gas data collection. Its ability to log longterm, real trend information allows informed decisions to be made on accurate, reliable data.

Manufactured from stainless steel, GasClam is Intrinsically Safe, environmentally sealed and ingress protection rated.

IP-68. Battery operated, GasClam can be powered for up to three months based on hourly sampling.

GasClam measures methane, carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations as well as atmospheric pressure and temperature. Optional CO/H2S or VOC, plus water depth are soon to be available along with a telemetry module for remote, real time data communication.
