Early warning of high gas levels
February 1st 2007

Shawcity's ToxiPro single gas monitors for oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and other toxic gases, as well as its four-gas MultiPro for methane, oxygen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide, are tiny, lightweight monitors for personal protection.

They are ATEX certified intrinsically safe and will give early warning of high gas levels or oxygen depletion.

Many safety managers worry that their instruments need testing and recalibrating routinely to ensure they continue to protect operatives. IQ Express automatically tests and calibrates monitors in seconds.

Although involving a greater outlay initially, IQ Express is said to more than pay for itself over time, as the instrument does not have to be returned for annual inspection and calibration.

Shawcity will be showing a range of products at Health & Safety 07, Stand 27
