Mask with built-in hearing protection August 1st 2007 Silencer a protection mask with respiratory system has been developed in close cooperation with Norwegian sandblasting companies. A key consideration was to create a product that would help to reduce noise for employees. The aim was to develop a product that satisfied stringent Norwegian legal requirements with regard to noise reduction, while still being user-friendly and comfortable. Testing has shown that both goals have been achieved. Suitable for wear in sandblasting and UHP waterjetting tasks, Silencer is lowweight, rubber coated, offers noise reduction of 39dBA, and said to offer a high level of user comfort. Features include integrated hard hat, and airflow indicator. Builtin, Peltor Optime III provides hearing protection. More articles from Silencer As: |
