Helps to protect against bird flu
August 1st 2006

Scott Health & Safety offers respirators to help protect personnel against bird flu.

The company recognises the need for comfort and practicality as users often need to wear RPE for long periods. A range of filters is available with half masks or powered respirators with hoods that meet the needs of those working with birds and poultry, as well as clean-up and medical support workers. The Profile2 is also suitable for any individual concerned about contact and infection.

For those who may need additional protection against gases from decaying organic matter or from fumigation and clearance chemicals, combined filters providing AP3 and ABEKP3 are offered.
