SHORTER TURN-AROUND FOR FIT TEST SYSTEMS
June 1st 2005

The Bristol test facility for TSI Instruments’ Portacount Plus respirator fit tester is managed by a service engineer whose sole remit is to service and calibrate the Portacount.

Nick Cussens, service manager, says “Shorter turn around times are really helping customers who simply cannot meet the regulations when their respirator test system is away from base.

“TSI is covering the whole of Europe for service, repair and calibration using the new rig and can service not only the Portacount, but the N95 Companion accessory, the P-Trak ultrafine particle counter and the 3007 condensation particle counter.

Portacount Plus tests the fit of almost any tight fitting respirator using the quantitative method of fit testing.
