Retractable barriers

A mix of pedestrian and vehicular activity in the warehouse environment is a potential hazard. A range of industrial quality retractable barriers from Primac offers a quick and simple solution that does not impair efficiency.

In addition to warehouses and loading bays, the SM barriers can be used in manufacturing facilities, in the process industries, in garages, and in DIY stores and other large multiples.

Applications include: temporary isolation of gangways and walkways; demarcation of temporary hazards, such as spills, damaged floor surfaces, and so on; as a means to highlight the isolation of machinery, lifts and forklifts; and to exclude the public from hazardous areas.

The smallest of the seven barrier models will span up to 2.8m; the largest 9m. All have smooth extraction and braked retraction and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

The SM Series is manufactured with safety in mind. The zinc coated steel casing is 2.5 or 3mm thick, depending on the model and provides impact protection to the internal mechanism.
