As an alternative to more traditionally taught courses, ACT Associates offers distance learning options for IOSH/NEBOSH training.

Computer-based training is available (CD format) for IOSH Managing safely; the NEBOSH National General Certificate and Revision Software for the NEBOSH Diploma Part 1. The computer-based products use interactive software.

Web-based e-learning options are available for the NEBOSH Certificate and the NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Others are under development for IOSH Managing Safely and the NEBOSH National Diploma.

The CBT packages assist delegates in meeting the requirements of the IOSH/NEBOSH syllabi and preparing them for examination. Designed for one or more users, the package lets the training manager monitor user progress and achievement.

A Directed Self-Study Construction Conversion Course is available for those who already hold the NEBOSH National General Certificate.
