Rooflight safety
June 1st 2006

Available from Kee Klamp, Kee Dome is a free-standing fall protection solution for use around skylights, rooflights and domelights up to 2 by 2m.

The system features a number of standard components that can be rapidly assembled around the designated area. These include vertical posts, hand and knee rails, together with associated 90 corner connectors, and special PVC feet with clamping rings.

Once the steel tubing rails have been cut to size, they can be locked into position by the corner connectors.

Adjustable clamping rings fix the feet securely to the corners of the rooflight base. The system remains free-standing, eliminating the risk of damage to the roof membrane.

Although designed as a permanent solution, the Kee Dome system is modular, so can be taken down, moved and re-erected. It provides a maximum permissible horizontal load of 300N/m.
