Stair safety system
December 1st 2006

Langtons (Northallerton) has developed a Stair Safety Post to provide secure support for temporary edge protection to staircases, landings and other floor openings during construction.

The 1m high RHS steel posts are polyester powder coated in high visibility yellow with three brackets to receive timber handrails, toeboards and/or mid-rails.

They are suitable for screw fixing through a baseplate to wood, concrete and steel staircases.

Posts are re-useable and provide a safe, convenient solution that is said to be less intrusive than concoctions from scaffold poles.
