Tough, lightweight retractable lifeline
June 1st 2008

Miller by Sperian is strengthening its range of webbing self-retractable lifelines with the introduction of the Falcon 6m.

The new 6m retractable lifeline weighs just 1.5kg and is suitable for use in construction and general industry, as well as telecomms and transportation.

It provides instant fall arrest due to its quickreaction brake mechanism. A few centimetres are enough for an immediate yet gentle arrest: a shock absorber protects the user from all risk of injury.

A swivel mounted connector protects the webbing during use by preventing twists. A strong composite casing helps ensure a long service life.

The Falcon 6m has been designed to withstand even the most violent shocks.

Even when used in the most extreme conditions, its nylon housing with lifetime guarantee is said to be almost indestructible.

The lifeline has been designed so that those wearing it can continue to work and move around easily and comfortably.
