Available from Reactec, the HAVmeter has been developed to monitor Hand Arm Vibration.

The low cost system has been designed following feedback from global construction companies, public bodies and small, local industries trying to control and eliminate the risks of Hand Arm Vibration exposure.

The HAVmeter objectively monitors and records individual' exposure to Hand Arm Vibration and will alarm employees when they are approaching their legal daily limit.

The meter gives power tool users a running total of their vibration points exposure throughout the day and warns before high exposure levels are reached.

Additional valuable information such as tool use and details of tools producing abnormal or excessive amounts of vibration can also be recorded.

Individual employee vibration levels are automatically downloaded to the base station and simple PC-based software can be used to report on HAV policies.
