Time-saving auditor

Graham is a Northern Ireland based construction company with an impressive health and safety record.

Until recently its site audits, inspections and reporting procedures were paper based and the company was keen to improve speed of reporting and cut the amount of time spent on paperwork. The solution was provided by a Hub Auditor PDA-based system from Advanced New Technology.

This enables Graham to cut out all non-essential paperwork, optimising an inspector’s time and keeping the expertise and advice where it is needed most – in the office.

The ANT system uses handheld mobile computers with email functions.

Inspectors leave an action report with the site manager for them to take immediate action and a copy of the inspection report, photos and actions are emailed back to HQ as soon as it is complete.
