Compliance advice November 1st 2009 It is reported that increasing numbers
of companies are turning to Dynamic
Systems to ensure they comply with
Construction Design Management
(CDM) regulations, thereby avoiding
health and safety problems and
possible prosecution.
CDM rules place legal responsibilities
on businesses to ensure that
work is carried out to specific
guidelines and that contractors have
the skills, experience and competence
to meet these requirements.
Unfortunately, many companies have
neither the resources nor the expertise
to oversee CDM compliance.
Dynamic Systems has considerable
experience of working to CDM
regulations and advises customers on
whether or not a project is subject to
CDM rules and how to deal with the
implications. More articles from Dynamic Systems Ltd: |
