Signed up for software June 1st 2008 Ellmer Construction is the
latest company to sign up to
E-Safe 100, a snagging and
health and safety module
from Knowledge Online.
The company specialises
in high quality fit out,
refurbishment and new build
projects across London and
the South East. It uses the
new technology to
undertake snagging
inspections on handheld
PDAs at its £20m Cultural
Quarter project in Croydon
for Howard Holdings.
Paul Reeves, surveying
director, comments "With
140 high spec residential
apartments to complete, the
use of E-Safe 100 snagging
module to record and
manage, the quality process
is crucial to the effective
management of this contract."
The software allows
reports and audits to be
recorded onto a central
database for the purpose of
reporting, trending and
contractor analysis. The
system provides a way to
flag up and instantly resolve
issues, helping to improve
quality matters and prevent
