Signed up for software
June 1st 2008

Ellmer Construction is the latest company to sign up to E-Safe 100, a snagging and health and safety module from Knowledge Online.

The company specialises in high quality fit out, refurbishment and new build projects across London and the South East. It uses the new technology to undertake snagging inspections on handheld PDAs at its £20m Cultural Quarter project in Croydon for Howard Holdings.

Paul Reeves, surveying director, comments "With 140 high spec residential apartments to complete, the use of E-Safe 100 snagging module to record and manage, the quality process is crucial to the effective management of this contract." The software allows reports and audits to be recorded onto a central database for the purpose of reporting, trending and contractor analysis. The system provides a way to flag up and instantly resolve issues, helping to improve quality matters and prevent accidents.
