has scooped a prestigious
safety award from the
British Safety Council.
Following gruelling tests
by a strict independent
adjudicating panel, the
housebuilder, whose North
East region is set to build
more than 500 homes
throughout the North East
during 2007, has received
the BSC's esteemed
International safety Award.
Only companies with
below average accident rates
are eligible to apply for the
award and must show
evidence of safety policies
and plans which
demonstrate a commitment
to health and safety at the
highest possible level.

business."
The British Safety Council
is now in its 50th year.
