Due to the nature of the construction industry, policing of any mandatory policy in areas of ppe provides a challenge. It is essential, therefore, that products are appropriate, cost effective and user-friendly.

Historic and recent successes with companies within the construction industry have prompted Uvex to launch the X-range of safety eyewear.

X-One consists of a fashionable wrap-around design that is lightweight and comfortable for all day wear.

As well as providing uv protection, Duo-spherical lenses provide good all-round vision. Amber and sun glare lens filters are offered.

The company also offers a support package that includes site audits, training, employee education that outlines the importance of PPE and how to wear the equipment provided.
