Guidance note revised
October 1st 2006

Now available from the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) is a revised guidance note: Engineers Working at Heights (GN49 Rev1 August 2006).

BITA first issued guidance in 1994 to promote safe working practices for all those concerned with engineers working at heights. Since then, the subject of Working at Height has attracted much attention, culminating in the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

Reference to HSE publications and regulations are listed in the bibliography.
