December 1st 2008 Safetyworks & Solutions has
provided a comprehensive
roof safety solution for
Southend Hospital. The
project involved the
upgrading of the hospital roof
access and safety systems to
fourteen separate areas,
enabling operatives to
undertake maintenance tasks
at height safely and securely.
The company manufactured
and installed 16 access ladders
and, for edge protection and
easy movement around roof
areas, installed the Easyguard
2 Clamp-On Handrail in
conjunction the Flexideck
Walkway system. Easyguard
offers low maintenance and
comes with a 25-year
