Pasma offers guidance May 1st 2009 One of the most successful and
fastest growing trade associations in
the work at height sector, PASMA
will be championing the safe use of
mobile access towers at this year's
Safety & Health Expo.
For safety and day-to-day skills it
will showcase its latest portfolio of
training courses, including its
standard training course which is
now recognised as the industry
standard. In 2008 alone, PASMA
trained more than 50 000 delegates
in the safe use of mobile access
towers.
For industry knowledge and
guidance it will feature its complete
range of safety-related publications,
including the PASMA Operator's
Code of Practice, DVDs, tower
inspection records, posters and
PocketCards, including its new tower
inspection PocketCard.
As a leading member of the
Access Industry Forum (AIF), it will
also be a major contributor to the
Work at Height Seminar Theatre
with a series of presentations across
all three days of the show. These
include 'Managing the basics of
mobile access towers' and 'The
development of fall prevention in
access towers'.
Finally, PASMA experts will be on
hand to answer questions and
queries about this increasingly
popular piece of access equipment.
