Tower protection

PlusGard is an advanced guardrail from Turner Access that can provide users with protection while assembling and dismantling aluminium towers. It eliminates the need for safety harnesses and other secondary protection measures.

The device has been demonstrated so successfully on aluminium access towers that PASMA and HSE have stipulated this to be a preferred method of tower assembly and dismantle.

Using the PlusGard system, the person who assembles and dismantles the tower can now benefit from the same protection afforded to its user.

PlusGard works from ground level upwards, and is easily operated by one man, providing guardrail protection throughout assembly and dismantling.

It is designed to be equally effective when making operational changes or alterations to the original structure.

The system can be used with modular types of scaffolding, as well as tube and fittings, frame and aluminium tower types.
