Designed for loads that need splitting

Responding to the warehouse and logistics industry's requirements for a forklift attachment to aid faster handling of palleted commodities, B&B Attachments has launched Layer Master, a new clamp designed to cope with palleted loads that require splitting for easier handling and storage.

Layer Master eliminates manual handling, helps prevent damage, and can lift a third of a 2400mm high pallet at a time or alternatively just a single layer of boxes, thereby enabling the load to be quickly broken down or built up by clamping single or multiple layers.

The fork lift truck-mounted device can be adjusted for a range of products including boxed and frozen goods, glass and plastic containers, tinned products and plastic trays. As it makes contact with the load on four sides it requires minimal force to lift, eliminating damage to packaging or product.
