Lifts and power tilts through 90°
October 1st 2007 AL-Vac has introduced the
Batlift, a flexible fork truck
attachment that offers
lifting capacities to 5t.
The Batlift is a portable,
battery-powered vacuum
lifter that fits quickly and
easily to fork trucks,
enabling them to lift
different loads of almost
every shape and size. A
particular feature is its
ability to lift and power-tilt
loads through 90º. This
simplifies safe,
swift and simple
manoeuvring, both
horizontally and
vertically, of heavy
and unwieldy objects such
as concrete products, stone
blocks and steel plates.
Adjustable vacuum pads
mean that the Batlift can
handle a range of differentsized
items and a range of
different weights up to 5t.
The automatic batterypowered
vacuum pump will
run for 8h before it needs
to be recharged by the
integral charger and an
automatic 'low vacuum'
warning is given when
