DAILY CHECK LIST FOR FORKLIFTS

A Forkliftag holder is attached to the truck permanently and displays do not use until daily check has been carried out. Upon satisfactory completion of all checks shown on the insert checklist, the reverse side of the insert is dated and signed and placed in the holder.
