Response times cut February 1st 2005 Lift truck battery supplier Hawker regularly achieves a first-time-fix rate in excess of 95% on service calls and believes it now offers the best service support in the industry.
Response times have been substantially reduced, with 98% of call-outs being completed within 24h and many within the same working day.
It is a year since Hawker set up its Service Level Agreements for major truck suppliers.
