Davis Derby has been supplying its TruckLOG access control modules and fleet management systems to Asda since 1998 and recently supplied 170 datalogging systems for a mixed fleet of trucks at Asda Wakefield.

TruckLOG allows Asda to strictly control the operation of any forklift to designated drivers only.

Asda upgraded its traffic management systems with the latest version of TruckLOG and equipped trucks with Smart Key Fob Access modules and event datalogging.

The software provides the company with individual and comparative use data for trucks and drivers, identifying temporary inefficiencies and ensuring the company knows where all its vehicles are.

The software upgrade was easily integrated into the fleet managers' daily operations, enabling them to program reports on a scheduled basis or extract data on demand.
