Atlas Caravans has improved health and safety practices, introduced better handling and storage procedures and cut the number of fork lift trucks operating at its Hull HQ since the arrival of six Combilift 4-way forklifts.

The 4t and 3t capacity diesel powered trucks are used as a universal handling tool throughout the GEARED FOR EFFICIENCY In control of load movement For ATEX Zone 2 use Oil-less air hoist for tough tasks manufacturing process, initially offloading continuous deliveries of very long packs of timber and melamine flooring, handling 6m lengths of aluminium, manoeuvring semifinished caravans, components and completed caravan chassis around the site, and even handling waste material.

Two of the 4t trucks have telescopic forks; the other two have removable fork extensions.
