Taylored forklift for Hammers fan

warehousing provider CRM
Logistics recently purchased a
refurbished two-ton Heli h2000
forklift from the Strood depot of
Grant Handling Lifttrucks.
As part of the used forktruck
service offered by Grant Handling,
Matthew Smith, director of CRM
and lifelong West Ham fan, asked
for the truck to come in his club's
classic claret and blue colours,
which Grant Handling Sales
Manager Steve Clinch happily
arranged.
In order to check-weigh pallets
being loaded onto vehicles, CRM
also ordered an RDS Liftlog 100+
onboard weighing system supplied
by regional distributor RDS South
East. Mr Smith says the weighing
system was required "to help our
delivery trucks stay within weight
restrictions and avoid costly
overloads, whilst improving vehicle
efficiency and reducing fuel
