Pushing for better safety
May 1st 2009

In recent years industry demand for the buildings manufactured by Rollalong has changed to bigger and heavier units leaving the company in need of a new method of moving them.

Having successfully replaced the forklift trucks in its production area with regular Power Pushers in 2003, the company decided to contact Nu- Star to see if it could help.

Following a demonstration and tria of its new Super Pusher, Rollalong's operations director, Tim Woodley, explained; "The Super Pushers worked perfectly during the demonstration, handling the biggest of our buildings with ease. We were especially impressed with the amount of torque available at very low speeds. We asked Nu-Star to leave the demo units with us while they manufactured the new machines as having seen them in action we didn't want to give them back. A week later they returned with our new Super Pushers."
