Vacuum lifting

A-Plant has enhanced its hire fleet of equipment by taking delivery of more than 150 vacuum lifting machines from Al-Vac UK. The order has been placed as part of APlant's ongoing efforts to assist the construction industry in reducing manual handling injuries.

The vacuum lifting machines provide a mechanical lifting force to enable fast and precise pickup and laying of kerbs and associated products.

The consignment includes the Al-Vac Handyman, a battery-operated vacuum lifting machine that can be used to lift items to 160kg and the Al-Vac Handyman Mobile, a wheeled variant of the Handyman with a lifting capacity of 160kg and the Al-Vac 1600 Lux that can also lifts up to 160kg.
