New website on racking protection
June 1st 2008

Health and safety guideline HSG76 addresses the protection and management of storage racking in warehouses. It clarifies how the HSE expects users and operators to keep their racking safe and it stipulates the minimum requirements for racking to be adequately protected and managed.

This should dispel any doubts that users might have as to how they should deal with warehouse storage equipment.

Racking Protection and Management has launched a website dedicated to steel and synthetic rubber protection: (www.columnguards.co.uk).

The site provides alternative designs of protection and has a pricing page.

As well as providing the metalwork to protect, RackCare provides all the necessary controls to properly manage damaged racking and is currently approved for use with 3rd party logistics and own account warehousing.
