Cheesed off with manual handling?
April 1st 2008 Dairy Crest was so it decided
to install a 1000kg Stannah
Goodsmaster lift in its
Frome cheese products
packaging centre.
The goods only lift carries
packaging materials from a
newly extended first floor
storage area to the
production floor below,
without the need for manual
handling or carrying goods
via a stairway.
Installing the lift has
improved the flow of raw
materials and reduced
health and safety risks
