Manual handling risks removed

Brick kiln cars at Bovingdon Brickworks used to be moved using a combination of manual labour and a conventional pulley system.

Now, using an MP50/400 from MasterMover, it takes one machine and just one man to push brick kiln cars carrying 420 wet bricks and weighing up to 2.25t.

Productivity has been boosted and manual handling risks removed.
