Raising standard of customer care
February 1st 2007

From the production of the first hand truck in 1948 to the more recent pro-lifter M, a motorised hand truck, BT Rolatruc has played an important role in introducing machines with a high focus on safety, ergonomics and efficiency.

The company is one of the UK's leading suppliers of warehouse and counterbalance trucks and will be showcasing many of its products at IMHX 2007.

BT prides itself on its reputation for complete customer solutions and believes that excellent customer care is a significant factor in the development of long term customers.

During the show, BT will be demonstrating how it has used the latest technology to raise its customer care service levels. It aims to provide a friendly response and fast-track problem resolution with predicable costs and a clearly defined service level agreement.
