Designed to stop trailers up-ending
October 1st 2006

The TS-2000 trailer stand from Caljan Rite-Hite is designed to prevent a trailer from up-ending during loading or unloading.

Animal feed manufacturer, SugaRich, has invested in two of the stands for its Newcastle Under Lyme operation.

Paul Featherstone, commercial manager, comments "The trailer stands have become indispensable pieces of equipment; they are robust, strong, thoroughly userfriendly and, most importantly, they work extremely well."

The stand features a retracted length of 1050mm and extended length of 1400mm and can support a trailer weighing up to 50 000kg. Made of square tubular steel, with a single gear cranking mechanism and solid rubber tyres, it is said to be virtually maintenance-free.
