HIGH LEVEL SAFETY AND RAPID RESPONSE
February 1st 2004

The latest door from SARA/Loading Bay Specialists combines the strength and security of aluminium, a host of safety features and the rapid response of a sprint high speed door.

The sara sprint 3000 has at its heart DiscDrive technology that allows the aluminium slats to wind separately and smoothly on up to three modules.

Safety is provided by the companys preceeding safety photocell/ transmitter that guarantees non-contact (sara safety beam) and stops and reverses the door when the beam is broken. It is self-monitoring.

In the event of a collision, the doors rubber mounted carrying belts allow it to instantly flex and disperse the pressure. If necessary, sections can be replaced on an individual basis.

The door is wind-resistant and comes with an anti-theft system. Opening speed is to 3m/sec.
