Wall mounted
June 1st 2009 To provide environmental
protection for goods and operatives
during unloading, Sainsbury's
supermarket has invested in a
CopriSystems loading bay canopy at
its Andover site.
Side wall mounted against the
existing building, the canopy
measures 10m long, 6m wide and
5m high. The canopy protects a
scissor lift unloading operation, as
well as limiting wind, rain and dust
during the unloading process.
The side wall mounted canopy is
suited to a 'drive through' unloading
process as each end of the tunnel
effect canopy can be left open. If the
ends are shut, an effective airlock can
be created when the warehouse
