To support the health and wellbeing of its staff Robert Gordon University has made subsidised health cash plans available to all employees. The HSF health plans start at £1 per week and reimburse subscribers on their everyday healthcare costs, including dental and optical care, alternative therapies and private specialist consultations and scans. The HSF cash plans also provide up to £40,000 personal accident cover and free access to 24/7 GP, Stress and Legal Helplines.

The ethical stance of HSF was one of the deciding factors which led Robert Gordon University to choose HSF as a partner; the notfor- profit organisation gives surplus money to medical charities and hospitals through its charity parent company, The Hospital Saturday Fund.
