Service team solves layout problem October 1st 2007 Ergonomic
keyboards from PCD
Matron are in
demand far and
near. John
Moremon, for
example, bought a
keyboard with a
UK layout in the UK, but
decided he needed a US
layout for work in Australia.
He also wanted a second
keyboard to use at home.
Maltron arranged to
provide him with a new US
layout version within 10
days and asked him to
return his UK version. On
receipt, the UK version was
reprogrammed, fitted with
new key tops and sent back
to him within three days.
Since converting to a
Maltron keyboard, Moremon
has found that RSI is no
longer a problem and his
fingers are no longer
sore.
Maltron has received
an order from the Polish
Government for 60
single-handed
keyboards, 30 for the
right hand, 30 for the left.
Another order came from
Korea for 25 right handed
and 15 left handed
keyboards. More articles from P C D Maltron Ltd: |
