Practiceorientated learning
April 1st 2006

Emergency First Response specialises in delivering first aid programmes that are based on established instructional design and educational protocols.

Courses follow the standards set by the consensus view of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation.

The company is committed to developing confident and competent lay responders worldwide.

Participants master the same priorities of care as medical professionals and courses are student-centred, practice orientated, flexible and accommodate learning styles using a variety of media.

Courses are complemented by a range of instructor and participant materials with state-of-the-art instructional design, including manuals, videos, DVDs and PowerPoint presentations.

The company has been approved by the HSE in relation to the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 to meet statutory requirements in Great Britain.

Both the First Aid at Work and the Requalification course may be run full or part time, depending on workplace and participant needs.
