Audiometry workshop
August 1st 2007

Under the Control of Noise at Work regulations, hearing tests are mandatory for everyone above the upper action value and First Stop Safety points out that they are advised for employees who may be at particular risk of hearing loss.

The company is holding a one-day Industrial Audiometry workshop in September that covers many aspects of hearing tests, including Otoscopy, use of manual audiometers and PCbased ones.

The course will count towards a delegate's IOSH CPD scheme.
