Report an Incident from Praxis 42 is an internetbased accident and incident recording system that provides easy and instant access for health and safety practitioners, facility managers, owners and employees of companies of any size.

Users can enter incident details from any web-based PC by going to: www.reportanincident.com and logging on with a secure user name and password. All information is stored on secure servers.

The product allows changes to and customisation of fields such as regions, multiple site names, job types and types of injury. It also allows the recording of environmental incidents, making it suitable for industry.

System administrators are emailed the moment a report has been filed. They can quickly analyse the data according to their requirements and generate and print reports.

Emails generated by the system can be used to communicate incidents to health and safety or environment managers or anyone else who needs upto- date access to this data.
