chosen by community based
housing group, Rooftop
Housing.
Prior to exploring the
range of devices available for
lone worker support, Mark
Jackson, at Rooftop, carried
out a risk assessment to
ascertain the potential
hazards facing the Group's
personnel. Armed with this
information, he investigated
a range of products before
choosing Peoplesafe.
Staff trialling the
Peoplesafe service praised
the reassurance provided by
the device's 'checking in'
button. If the wearer has
cause to press the red alert,
operators at Rocksure's
remote monitoring centre
retrieves the information on
their locality, listens in on
the line to what is happening
and co-ordinates the
appropriate emergency
